My massage therapy training started at Lehigh Valley school of Massage Therapy and continued at Health Options Institute. Throughout my 20 years of service, I've taken numerous continuing education classes. I'm trained and have certificates in Swedish Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Pre and Post Natal, Infant Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage and the less-evasive Chair Massages.

Practice Philosophy- I provide the application of massage therapy techniques, an "All Natural", hands-on modality that works in the relief of muscle tension, pain, and improving overall flexibility of the muscular system.

Why I do what I do- I've always had a nurturing spirit and a want to help people. I'm passionate about providing the service of massage therapy and one bonus is that I get to develop long-standing relationships. As an experienced, Licensed Massage Therapist, I'm pleased to be able to provide a true sense of relaxation and wellness to my clients.

Some fun facts about me- I love the Lord and I love and enjoy spending time with my family.  I also love watching and discussing sports. I enjoy reading, cooking and eating all the great food my LOVING HUSBAND cooks!! And I'm so passionate about my work in Massage Therapy. I have 3 beautiful children, 3 beautiful grandchildren and a Grand-Buddy (my Grandson's pet Guinea Pig!! lol)  Thank you for getting to know me and I'll see you soon!!
